In-house repair center

As a certified German manufacturer of LED video walls, we have our own in-house service center with an attached workshop. Almost all repairs are carried out in Mannheim. Fast and uncomplicated processing is carried out via our in-house RMA system.
The usual repair time is between 1 and 3 weeks. However, repairs can also be carried out within one day by prior arrangement. Please ask us specifically about this!
If we are unable to carry out a repair on our premises, our extensive and well-stocked spare parts warehouse enables us to replace defective parts immediately, so there is no need to worry about long waiting times. Cost estimates are time-consuming and costly. We therefore ask for your understanding that we only provide cost estimates for insured events and for the costs of the damage to be passed on to the party responsible and only after prior consultation with.
The costs will be invoiced on a time and material basis.
The price per component (IM/pixel card, etc.) is 5.00 EUR.
The costs will not be charged.
